Michael Phelps, Ryan Lochte Among Top 10 in Twitter Analysis of Olympians


LONDON, England, RENANG INDONESIA. TRAFFICADO, a web-monetization company, released a social media study of the 50 most popular Olympians from the NBCOlympics website, and a pair of swimmers made the grade in two separate categories of the analysis.

Phelps checks in with the ninth-most followers amongst this year's Olympians:

Michael Phelps -- Swimming - 235,037
Lolo Jones -- Track & Field - 154,750

Meanwhile, Ryan Lochte is the eighth-oldest early adopter of Twitter, having joined way back on April 25, 2009:
